Our instrumental tribute to the efficiency of German industry, this piece took advantage of a firmware upgrade on the Volca Drum. Fixed note values, step jumps, and predictable arpeggio patterns allowed us to improvise steadily on the Volca (processed by the rarely-used Boss Tera Echo pedal) along to a busy Electribe ES-1 rhythm. Improvised Bass VI and Microfreak performances followed. This is a rare case of a bass track appearing as an overdub rather than as a foundational element.
